How It Works
1. Request Your Party
Share your cause, preferred date, location, and estimated participant count. Please book at least two weeks before your event.
2. Reserve Your Date
We’ll confirm availability and provide a quote. Accept your quote and pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
3. Finalize Your Details
Within three days of booking, submit your garment choices, sizes, final participant count, and personalization details, and pay the remaining balance. We’ll confirm artwork approval before ordering. Once orders are placed, changes cannot be made.
4. Create Together
We arrive with your garments already printed and ready to decorate. Enjoy two hours of creating, connecting, and showing support for your cause.

Room for our two six-foot supply tables.
Access 45 minutes before the party for setup and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.
What You’ll Provide
Preprinted garments packaged in individually labeled bags, along with each participant’s ordered extras.
A Glam Bar stocked with decorating materials and shared tools, including ribbons, jewels, beads, paint pens, and adhesives.
Two six-foot tables for participant bag pickup and the Glam Bar.
Protective coverings for decorating tables.
A brief demonstration and guidance throughout the two-hour experience.
An optional group photo to celebrate your creations, shared with the party organizer afterward.
Your RIBBNZ Party Host Brings
Please book at least two weeks before your party.
A 50% booking deposit reserves your date after availability and your quote are confirmed.
Final garment choices, sizes, participant count, personalization details, and the remaining balance are due within three days of booking.
Once materials are ordered, changes cannot be made. Additions are quoted separately and depend on timing and availability.
If you cancel before materials are purchased, the 50% booking deposit is retained and any remaining balance paid is refunded. Once purchasing begins, payments are nonrefundable.
One reschedule may be requested with at least seven days’ notice, subject to availability. The party must take place within 90 days of the original date.
