🌈 About Ribbon Colors

This guide is here to help you find the ribbon color that connects to your cause — whether it’s medical, mental health, advocacy, or social awareness.

Awareness ribbons have grown to represent many different communities and movements. Sometimes a color is chosen for symbolism or history — and sometimes an organization adopts a shade that reflects the people they serve. Many colors are shared across multiple causes, and some causes even use more than one ribbon color depending on the campaign.

If you’re walking or fundraising with a specific group, it’s always best to confirm the color they use so you can represent the cause clearly and respectfully.

Today, ribbon colors are recognized worldwide as symbols of awareness, support, and unity.
