Yes. RIBBNZ is expanding awareness kits across multiple conditions and causes as part of our Every Color. Every Cause. mission.

Throughout the year, we introduce and feature kits that align with recognized awareness months and community needs. As we continue to grow, additional kits and causes will be added.

While awareness kits are introduced on a rotating basis, our Event Kits, apparel, and awareness accessories are available to support a wide variety of causes and awareness events year-round.

These aren't product categories—they're roles people live in.

Fighter: Someone currently facing a battle, challenge, treatment, or advocacy effort.

Warrior: Someone living with a chronic, lifelong, or ongoing condition.

Survivor: Someone who has overcome a challenge, illness, or major life obstacle.

Supporter: A caregiver, family member, friend, or ally standing beside someone on their journey.

Every role matters. Every journey is valid.

Customization depends on the type of kit.

Event Kits are pre-designed by RIBBNZ to create a coordinated look for your event. Customization is available through our awareness sashes, where you can choose your role: Fighter, Warrior, Survivor, or Supporter.

Awareness Kits offer additional personalization. Select kits, including our Type 1 Diabetes and Autism collections, may include customizable items such as personalized certificates, encouragement cards, and Warrior or Supporter t-shirts depending on the kit option selected.

Have a special request? Contact us—we're always happy to hear ideas and explore customization options whenever possible.

Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the type of product ordered. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

For select local events, customers may also choose event pickup and collect their order directly from the RIBBNZ booth, saving on shipping costs.em description

Yes. RIBBNZ offers the Beep Beep Brave™ Hospital Experience for eligible orders.

The Hospital Experience is available only with:

The Starter Kit is not eligible for hospital delivery.

The Hospital Experience includes coordinated bedside delivery, balloons, and the option to connect loved ones by live video during delivery. This service is offered for hospitals in Philadelphia and South Jersey and has a separate $65 flat fee, invoiced separately after checkout.

Because Signature and Bundle orders include custom items, please allow 3–5 days for preparation before delivery can be scheduled.

To get started, purchase the eligible kit online, the hospital experience and complete the personalization form, and we’ll contact you to coordinate hospital delivery details.

These donated kits are distributed to families navigating a new diagnosis or difficult circumstances, helping ensure no one feels alone during that moment.
